After recently hearing about GoNanas, a women owned startup that makes healthier vegan, gluten and allergen friendly banana bread, I knew I had to try it! I am allergic to some tree nuts so finding banana bread that is healthy and I’m not allergic to is not very easy.

I ordered the Banana Bread Mix Variety Pack and decided to make the Crackly Banana Bread Mix because I was the most curious to see how it would taste and *spoiler alert* it was great!

The recipe was so simple. All you have to do is whisk the bananas, coconut oil, maple syrup and milk together and then add the dry mix. The recipe called for non-dairy milk but we used skim milk and it still turned out great.

After about 50 minutes in the oven, the banana bread was done and ready to serve and was a hit all around.
